Founder Jack Hawkins and President Bill Rauer have built a reputation for honesty, integrity, and quality that has established Castle Rock Homes as a builder that customers, trade contractors and suppliers seek out. J.W. “Jack” Hawkins founded Castle Rock Homes as a complement to his successful residential construction lending company, KM Construction Lending, LLC. With nearly 20 years experience in the financial industry, Jack’s expertise can help our clients get the most house for their dollar. He also has an excellent relationship with the state’s best mortgage lenders. Jack is a native of Idaho, and a graduate of the University of Idaho W.V. “Bill” Rauer became president of Castle Rock Homes after 18 years with Albertsons, Inc. as a leader of the company’s Store Development group. While at Albertsons Bill developed the ability to turn a client’s desires for a building into reality, surpassing their needs and desires. He brings this ability to Castle Rock Homes, and enhances it with a passion to provide each of our clients with the home environment of their dreams. Bill is an architect registered with the State of Idaho, where he was born and raised, and graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelors degree in Architecture. Castle Rock Homes is a member of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho (BCASWI), Idaho Building Contractors Association (IBCA), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and the Better Business Bureau of Southwestern Idaho. |
